Oh man. Brad sure knows how to handle his kale! This is a ridiculously tasty snack! Well, I have only had the Piña Kale-ada (how cute is that name, right??) & I have had them as a snack every day for the past week.
The kale starts fresh, then is coated with goodness, such as coconut and pineapple (my fave) & then they are dehydrated at or below 115 degrees. The degree temp is key – at this level all the active enzymes are retained, not lost…which is great for us! To break it down, all the benefits of the kale are not lost, we still get the essential nutrients & enzymes that raw kale has.
Brad’s Raw Foods has more then just raw leafy kale…so check it out & get your tatse buds ready for a party!
